We sell on eBay as well, mostly because some people would rather shop and check out there. What we never wanted was for eBay’s fees to be the reason you pay more for genuine Muir gear. So we made it a rule instead of a promotion: whatever a product costs on our eBay store, the same product on windlasscentral.com is priced at least 5% lower.
Same windlass, same manufacturer warranty, same box off the same shelf. The only thing that changes is the price. We start from the eBay figure, take 5% straight off, and that is the number you see on the page. There is no coupon to hunt down and no minimum spend to reach, whether you are buying a single spare part or a full windlass and chain kit.

Some people prefer eBay’s checkout and buyer protection, so we list there too. We just will not let it be the cheapest way to buy from us. This site is always priced lower, on every listing, and you do not have to ask for it.
What if I find your eBay price lower than the website price?
It should not happen. If it does, send us links to both listings and we will put it right.
Does the warranty differ between buying on eBay and buying direct?
No. Every genuine Muir product carries the same manufacturer warranty wherever you bought it. The difference is that when you buy direct, we handle the claim for you.
